Near, but not quite, IMO. QWST's is more of a universal carrier model at this point, with voice, data etc., and a huge amount of outright dark fiber sales to date. As such they have higher carrying costs than MFNX. MFNX's, on the other hand, is almost entirely a fiber-placement-and-sale pure play. Not quite the same business model, although there are overlaps which would give one the impression that they were.
