Mond Industries has appointed several new members to its board of
directors.
The new members of the board are:
Edward Wanandi, chairman and CEO of Trailmobile Corporation, the fourth
largest semi-trailer manufacturer in North America and, as previously
announced, the new majority shareholder in Mond Industries.
Howard Buffett, chairman of the board of the GSI Group and a director of
Berkshire Hathaway, a renowned investment holding company managed by Mr.
Buffett's father, Warren Buffett. The GSI Group manages six business units,
with a core agricultural manufacturing and marketing entity that exports to
more than 70 countries. Mr. Buffett is also a director of Coca-Cola
Enterprises.
James Hacking, president and CEO of IMT Corporation, an Ontario-based
manufacturer of trailer axles, automotive components, forging and defense
products. Mr. Hacking formerly was director of marketing for Linamar
Corporation.
Mark Burgess, vice-president of finance and CFO of Trailmobile Corporation.
Henk Dijong, vice-president, Gemala Trading Canada Ltd.
Denis Arsenault, Serena DiLillo and Grant Brown have retired.
