Papya; RE:" News Fits "

>You mean like DELL warning ?

kinda doubt that (^_^)

The ending of earnings season itself will prolly reduce news-induced purchases by Ma and Pa Kettle, besides plain old take-profits-now the NAZ is up 10% and I'm happy, baby. This would be enough to put us in a trading range for a little while.

Problem with candlesticks is, they indicate sentiment but not extent. What're the folks on the P&F threads talkin' about ?

The internutz have already tanked; but they're momentum trading stocks instead of position, and so difficult to use candlesticks; intra-day, 13-minute 'sticks might work with them, dunno.

I still prefer using candlesticks with major market and sector indices than anything else: mass psychology in pictures.

>Still have some ASA leaps, too(calls)...

I actually got the gold bug a coupla weeks ago, Papya - but I played the wrong horse! Picking from AU ASA ANGLY NEM HM, etc. I chose ANGLY and got a good pop but no follow-through, stopped out flat.

Looking at it afterwards, HM had the best % move relative to GOX.X and NEM's chart was easiest for me to read... so I look at GOX.X and NEM to trigger play on HM now, fwiw.
