Knowing that a PR is to be released is not "insider trading". Knowing what is in the PR prior to it's release, and then using that knowledge could be.

Bullmarket is not guilty of insider trading. You have simply made this a personal vendetta against him. You are too transparent.

If "bullmarket" knew when DGIV was going issue a press release, and people acted on his information, wouldn't that be "insider trading"?
