Earlie, Imputed value happens often with CEFs. Sometimes it is legitimate, as when H & Q Health Sciences takes a venture capital position in a co. or a convert fund buys a direct issue. With Templeton Russia, there is no market, so they are trying to figure out its fair value with, I suspect, a bit of save Mark Mobius's rep thrown in. <G> I want to see how Morgan Stanley is handling the same situation. You know that some of the stuff is probably not worth zero. After that, it's anybody's guess. My lawyers at American Capital would have said, "price it at zero until you show us a bid." <G>
