Les: I think there is a way of laying a complaint. I have had problems before but the brokerage firm (or the broker) sucked it up and was responsible for the error. Never anything too expensive though. As I hold Newbridge, I sincerely hope you recover but you might wish to contact Patrick Mcdonagh, whom I believe was employed by the TSE. Retail marketing activities thus far have included public educational seminars held across the country, development of derivatives educational information, and enhancements to the TSE web site. I would like to access Silicon Investor to announce marketing activities as they occur, and provide any other information that might be relevant. On that note, I would like to draw your attention to the improvements we have made to option quotes on the TSE web site. You now have access to a complete option chain when you request a quote. This is an improvement over information that was previously available, and I hope this meets with your satisfaction. The web site is a very important marketing and educational tool. The TSE will be continually upgrading the web site, and attention will be paid to the development of new features and functions on the site for derivatives investors. Sincerely, Patrick McDonagh" I have previously railed on about problems I had with the Canadian options market and why I have kept my distance. However, the couple of answers I got from Patrick were reasonable responses. I still was upset but had a little better understanding. Hope you can get some satisfaction. Regards TommyD
