Larry, so what is it you are saying now? Do you blame BG for this guy on yahoo posting an eight months old news? I really think there is more news out there. Lets get the facts straight. There are 17.4MM outstanding and BG owns about 7MM; so, he dose not own a majority.
I agree with Jeff on this hostile take over rumor. I first reprint the post from Yahoo so we have something to have fun with, since Ted has stop talking about FBN and Charlie Boy stopped his jokes.

Now, on the same post there was a mention of two French contracts. WE know of one with Total Oil Co, about 20MM. It said the other was with a French rail road co, about $45mm or 45MM lines. If this is true I can see why this rise in stock price is happening now. Other factor is the shorts are reading the same news we are. Hey that is why Jeff is posting again.<ggg> The president even mention Y2K twice in the state of the union last night.

You can follow AV and sell your stocks in ALYD. AV has been wrong many of times before. He told us on stock swap last year to buy ADPT,Cymer over $20 and I did on margin, and had to cover them under $10. Of course He has made some good calls, so has TM. Jeff Mitchel give AV his best pick in 1998, and i belive AV made over $750,000 in one day shorting ENMD. Taking a little profit is good, but I am still under water;because, I did not have the money or the balls to average down like AV did.

To All,

First of all, rumors of a takeover are to be taken as such - RUMORS. I think I understand the point that LB is trying to make - you feel that the stock is rising on hype and once the hype fades, that the price will drop like a stone.

I do not believe that nearly one million shares could/would trade on hype alone. When you've got volume like this, it's due to something substantial, such as a business meeting gone well.

Last week, BG was in NY and had a great showing through Ogilvy's contacts. Remember that Alydaar has Ogilvy on its side now and that things are happening with ALYD that will take them through the threshold of the new millennium. Just a little digging will reveal that they are not only working on new applications (such as ERP) but that they may already have clients waiting to utilize such applications.

From what I gather, ALYD is starting to attract some attention to themselves, which I believe, may have more to do with the heavy volume. The company is not rising because of hype, it is picking up because of good prospects on the horizon that are being well received, finally.... JMHO

Do you really think people bought ALYD on that crap?

Look at the block sizes, this stock is going places. If you are short, bail out.

It is Y-2k time. ALYD is in position to do a lot of lies of code, fast! And the price per line is going up!
