Thanks Bill.... And actually, I'm not an economist. I studied International Affairs and a smidgin of Political Risk methodology in college. However, I was indeed exposed to considerable mumbo-jumbo from several professors out of the University of Chicago. Very arcane stuff. As for ECU... I saw you discuss it earlier. However, being in Mexico, which has a definite degree of economic and political instability, I would be cautious. They have a penchant for nationalizing anything that makes money. Regards, Ron
