A little early to celebrate don't ya think? Install your additional components one by one and boot as you go. It will help you isolate a problem if there is one. Go for the floppy first.. most likely no conflict there. The big issue here has been getting the cable on right. Then go for your primary harddrive and then the CDROM. Jumper the harddrive to master, install it on the primary IDE channel and then boot to bios. Do an IDE autodetect and then exit and save the settings. Then boot again and watch for error messages. Then repeat the process with the CDROM. Zeuspaul
