Just finished listening to the telephone interview between Bloomberg's Greg Chang and
Go2Net CEO Russell Horowitz. Russell had some very positive comments about the
past quarter, the coming quarter, and the future of the company. (SEE #3 below FOR
POSSIBLE MERGER AND ACQUISITION) Here are some of the highlights of
Russell's comments:

1. very pleased with the results. saw favorable trends in internal growth.
Non-advertising revenue(subscription, technology, and e-commerce) picked up big.
Become one of the top 25 most visited network online. very happy that business
strategy worked well. will make more acqusitions.
2. see more positive progress this coming quarter. for both top and bottom line. will
carry out a $2 mm ad campaign to increase Go2Net's name recognition.
3. liked athome and excite deal. thought "internet access+content provider" is the key.
hinted that an parter that have access capabiltiy would make great sense to GNET and
it fits the business strategy very well (he won't go into the specifics) NOW, IS THIS
PIECE OF INFORMATION BIG OR WHAT?! IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOME
PRELIMINARY M&A TALK IS GOING ON ALREADY!!!

Just want to share this with all of you who have confidence in Go2Net's bright future.

Peter

GNET

GNET's chart looks poised for another runup tomorrow or Friday. Classical
internet-double peak if it does happen.

Say...I wonder if the Dwyer brothers saved that $33 million in stock they got last
year...lets see, at tomorrow's prices that means they have three or four times that
amount at least...

I have gotten some really nice messages from people lately..if it takes me awhile to get back to you ..I am not ignoring you..and the guy who sent me the email that never got to me...send it again..it may have gotten lost in all the mail bombing I had...I will answer it

just got a pic of one handsome dude...oh yeah..maybe I can put you on the SI Jezebel waiting list...but ahem..you have to have some "special" qualities...special looks are not on the critique list...but they help ;-)
