As I understand the PP, the price per share has not yet been determined. Whether or not the shares have been converted and are in the shareholders hands would be useful to know. It is very common for holders of PP shares (especially floorless shares) to short the stock mercilessly and then convert to get as many shares as possible. Hopefully RG demanded an anti-shorting clause. If the PP was filed with the SEC as stated (and I have no reason to believe it was not), it should appear on Edgar. For some reason, it has not. Since it is a public document, however, TSIG should have no problem making the content public.
