Skip, NO! to IPO Eudora - see previous post. OmniTRACS is now Wireless Business Solutions and is the 'operations' arm of WirelessKnowledge, so not good to spin off at all. I want to own that lot. It fits in the Q! business and expertise framework very directly. To create shareholder value, just keep doing what they've been doing. I'm really happy with a P:E at 10. I want R&D, revenue and profits. Shareholder value [stock price is what you really mean] will come with the first three going right. They are. If people take a long time to bid the price higher, that is just too bad as far as I'm concerned. I see no reason to panic if people offer me little for the house I'm living in and I don't care if they offer me little for Q! They won't get to buy it. Mqurice
