President R. Turner told a Stock-watch reporter on Jan. 13th, 3 days after Kaiser accused “Winspear management” of possibly salting the diamond concentrate samples, and 2 days after he received Kaiser's report, that "I've been busy and I have to tell you that I haven't read it in depth.”

Is this possible?? Turner would have read over the report very carefully and studied it in detail because of it's allegations, and he certainly would have studied it enough to formulate his answers before he talked with a Stock-watch reporter!

If he is innocent, he would have wanted to know exactly what Kaiser had as evidence for such an allegation and if Kaiser had discovered information that someone on his staff from Canada or Russia had been involved with salting the bulk samples.

And if he is guilty he would want to know what evidence Kaiser had and how he could cover his tracks and prevent more evidence from being discovered.

Either way, it is certain that he read the report thoroughly before talking with anyone.

It's a small point, but it indicates a possible lack of regard for the truth!!
