I want to be up very early tomorrow morning to wait for NEWS.
Excuse me everybody, but I'm going to bed.
I'll wait few minutes in case you have any questions.
Otherwise, good night.

Elio

Zbyte...........

For your sakes I hope MKII comes up with something for you. From my understanding the only affiliation AT&T has with MKII is the one food service they provide for AT&T in Georgia. That's it. AT&T would not want to do anything with independent restaurants. MKII's interest in Heritage is the franchising rights for serving food for other large companies. That's where future expansion was being looked at to get contracts with other large corporations to serve employee meals.(like Marriot does now) The piece of the puzzle will be answered tomorrow. I believe their authorized shares were around 50 million. There is no logical sense for a 1 for 50. If they have diluted why not a 1 for 10? They're not going to hold over $4 a share with this reverse. I love following stuff like this in the crazy BB market so tomorrow will be very interesting. Usually in NON-REPORTING BB companies the investors get screwed. I have seen a couple of reverses work but those were only in two reporting companies and were approved by the shareholders. Both of those reverses were announced way in advance. If the reverse takes place at 1 for 50 tomorrow with less than 24 hour notice, chances are you're screwed because if the company announced it in advance everyone would dump their shares and the price would be even lower before the reverse.
