It's all a guesstimate but here is my range:

The number that is being used for the XCIT buyout by ATHM is now $7.5 billion (according to today's WSJ).

WCTI which has not even commercialized its WordCruncher search engine and does not even file its financial statements with the SEC recently had a market cap exceeding $250 million.

Hence, IMO a fair buyout value for EXGP and its commercialized WebData search engine is probably somewhere in between those two values.

EXGP has a market value right now of $14 million!

Regards.

elliot,a cross licensing agreement with LCOS or altavista to be announced as soon as
tomorrow, this is for sure this has something to do with the "Enchilada" section of the
beta site this thing could go to 30.00 to 50.00 in the next couple of days. Hell if a POS
like IMON can fly in this market.....
