Mr. Forthright, I'll save you the task of reading those 242 messages and summarize what has gone on here lately...

Last Friday night, after the LV Federal Courthouse had closed for the weekend, Spideybuns declared the federal case over, the freeze would be lifted at the DTC, and thus the long awaited short squeeze was finally going to become a reality:

defendants were in default as of 18 dec. except your bruce judd who will be dropped from the case. & judge george signed off on them today. the 4 million shares have been cancelled & will be removed from the system. i'm surprised you professional researchers weren't aware of this. #reply-7317038

As usual, once his claims could be refuted by calling the courthouse (no, not the lawyers for the defendants, the courthouse), he began to change his tune:

soon freeze will be lifted. #reply-7357337

Yawn. Of course we all knew he was lying.

But the real "news" came from the pen of AZNT CEO Mike Sylver himself. Just don't have a mouthful of anything when you read this: #reply-7370254

Hope that helps!

- Jeff

"threatening a lawsuit." Threaten is the operative word here. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it, the process server still hasn't found his way to the homes of those they were suing on the RMIL thread. It's been more than a year since he set out on his rounds.
