Eric Charters is the sole author of the "salting theory" and he will tell you himself that he never meant to be taken seriously. Kaiser in fact dismissed the salting theory. Kaiser just thinks the results are too good to be repeated.
Eric would probably tell you that is was his own way off expressing amazement and his unique sense of humour which is sometimes not understood or appreciated.
Some Tabloid in London could start a story that the queen is fond of donkeys and there are people out there who would not only pay to read it but believe it. A fool and his money are soon parted.
Believe the drivel and don't bother with DD mineman.
