Comverse's Network Systems Division Selected By Cable & Wireless In Global Agreement
Comverse Named A Group Standard Supplier Of Messaging Platforms To C&W; Initial Order Worth More Than $10 Million
WOODBURY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 1999-- Comverse Network Systems, a division of Comverse Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: CMVT - news), and the world's leading supplier of enhanced services platforms to communication network operators, announced today it has signed a Global Agreement with Cable & Wireless plc (NYSE: CWP - news), under which Comverse has been named a Group Standard Supplier of messaging platforms to Cable & Wireless and its Group Companies and affiliates around the world.
The initial order placed under this Agreement is valued at more than $10 million.
