I think that is great. I never have understood how any company could be traded publically without having to show financial statements. Hopefully, this will get rid of a lot of crooks and scams.

In DIPLE's case, I doubt they are trying to hide information or stall -- they may have just hired an incompetent accountant. I hope they have enough since to make getting these done a major priority, it will make a lot of investors very nervous.
