Zbyte.......

Even BNEZ's reverse was bad but these companies have to do it to have shares to offer in exchange for loans, acquisitions, promotion, etc. If you're near your authorized shares you have no choice. I've had to average down in BNEZ and I still average over .30 a share where new buyers get in around .20. You think I like that? Look at USXP, AVBC, BNEZ among others and ask the former shareholders how happy they are.
After a reverse split, if you don't buy more and average down your chances of breaking even or making money on a stock are slim. If you had a choice every investor would buy after a reverse split and after the stock had retreated which happens most of the time. I wish you good luck tomorrow. I am an active penny investor and follow well over 50 different penny stocks. My comments on MKII are just my opinion based on experience and we'll all see what unfolds tomorrow.
