NAVR is not an investment -- it is a speculation
Speculation brings greater risk -- but also greater rewards if you are right -- we know we are right.

I called Navarre myself last week and they said that they
were going post earnings today 1/20 after the close.

Now someone today (earnings post) tries to reach Navarre
and now they say it's on Monday.

I hate to say this, but historically, most companies that delays
the announcement of its earnings report is usually sign of
something negative (in the report).

Does not anyone share the same opinion?

- NOW A WORD ON THE SPECULATIVE NATURE OF THIS THREAD
WHICH DISGUSTS ME.

Also, I do not like the fact that there have certain people posting
to this thread to create speculation that the IPO is a "great time"
to be announced in the earnings report. I do not doubt that
some of these same people sold out of their positions when
the stock hit $18.

There are also people who post and say that you'll "miss" the boat
if you don't buy while it's cheap now. These are people who are
desperate in finding buyers in this stock, because they probably
bought in at 17 or 18 on margin, and are losing money.

Navarre announced "60 days for the IPO", so please don't whine
about class action lawsuits or how the stock tanked because
it didn't get announceed with the earnings report.

As for the outlook, I see periods of significant volatility
for the next week. The stock never really recovered,
and there is an obvious downward trend, as most of the speculative
money have already flowed in and waiting for this supposed
"imminent" IPO announcement.

* REALITY CHECK: I AM CERTAIN THAT THIS IPO ANNOUCEMENT WON'T BE
WITH THE EARNINGS REPORT.

WHY?

BECAUSE if you have good news to tell someone, wouldn't you be
more eager to tell someone soonear than later?

On the flip side, if you had really bad news to announce,
wouldn't you tend more to procrastinate?
Yes, we *will* see a gap down tomorrow below $15,
as suggested by the weakness in the stock,
despite the fact that the NASDAQ has soared in the last 3 days.
I do not see $18 on the horizon, until the IPO is definite.

However, the stock should find support at $11 worst case
during this pre-IPO announcement period.

You should have gotten out when you had the chance.
