Annette he is right -- if earnings come out before the IPO announcement you can bet NAVR is gonna fall --- and the smartest thing to do would be to sell and buy more shares at the lower price -- there is only one problem -- Many believe NAVR will announce th IPO when it releases earnings. This creates the catch 22 and the self fulfilling prophesy -- If NAVR fails to announce the IPO with earnings -- their will be massive disappointment and many will sell causing the price decline. If you bail now because you believe NAVR isn't going to announce the IPO with the earnings report -- you are screwed if they actually do. Its a question of what you believe.

I would. Jump out before earnings, then right back in after
