Eric, the increase in shares was probably option shares that have not been exercised by employees. You have to try to keep employees somehow in the high tech arena and that can sometimes be very costly. The New Media employees had substantial stock options before they were purchased,and HLIT has had to grant those employees new options on HLIT stock.
