voice from the pages wouldn't bother me if I couldn't read it. It could also be a nice thing to have while riding or driving in a car..voice control and voice reading.

IBM offers browser for the blind
IBM (NYSE:IBM) Wednesday announced the availability of a talking Web browsers designed for blind and visually impaired users. The Home Page Reader for Windows was originally developed in Japanese. The new software is available in English, and IBM plans to translate it into other languages later this year. The software costs $149 and is available now. -- Margaret Kane, ZDNN
