Petz - Re: " The fact is, the Celeron 400 is no price threat to AMD "

Check out AMD's K6-2 prices.

The 400 MHz is $153 and the 350 MHz is down to $95 and 333 MHz is down to $79.

You have encountered a 400 MHz Celeron Sell Out - and I'll bet you never even asked the "question" to the poor sales clerks !

Don't ASK - Don't Tell !

Have you checked out HP's Web Page - and Compaq and Gateway and IBM and CyberSmash? Oh....and DELL ?

You have seen this, haven't you ?

Intel Had the TOP SELLING Retail PC in December, 1998.

Intel-based PCs accounted for FOUR (4) of the top 10 best selling PCs !

Tomorrow, at 6:30 AM (San Diego Time) the markets open and you can purchase some shares of Intel.

I highly recommend it - for your financial well being.
