From my experience,
when you have a RS,
even if you believe the company has a future.
either you have a lot of extra cache and average down,
or, YOU SELL SELL SELL IMMIDIATELY and BUY BACK in a few
weeks!
Your chances to be wrong by selling are less then %5

They use reverse splits to
PUT MORE SHARES ON THE MARKET, bring fresh new investors
and forget about the old investors.
