New E-Commerce Play Developing - CMOZ major acquisition in the works and looks like financing is very close... Needless to say I am thrilled about the action on CMOZ... closing today at $0.41 on huge volume (2,302,100 shares)... and still no news... I called the company and talked to Wilfred Chan (President), I asked him how a stock with about 41 Million shares out could move from $0.05 to $0.41 on only about 6 million shares... he said that most of the stock is held in escrow (including his) until the end of this year and that the float is estimated at about 11 million shares (mostly Asian investors)... he was confident that a press release would be issued as soon as the deal was finalized... but he ended with this statement "an acquisition is imminent"... he was very optimistic that the deal was extremely positive for COSMOZ.COM...
