Gentlemen:

I had not looked at Abacan in about a month or so. Thought I would drop a note. I noticed that there is still "hope" that the stock will run. Still waiting for the mystical press release that will save the farm - this is my reference to Godot, not nickle and dime trading by some penny-ante players. If you read about a year's worth of postings, the "saving" is always just around the corner.

I am sure someone could (and has) made money on this stock day trading it - I posted this postulation a few times. Day trading is not how I invest, so I do not do it. However, I do not believe you have been day trading the stock either, Mr. Meyer. For if you were, your postings would have a very different meaning.

Now, it is true a fox like me likes to go back and look over past hunts, a form of curiosity I readily admit. But for me, there is nothing left on this old carcass except a few day traders picking at the bones and a few people awaiting its phoenix, always looking for a new straw to cling to, a sliver of hope. Even day trading patterns are scoured for potential exponential extrapolations to new glory. In the mean time, some crafty Hyenas are unloading their positions, slowly but surely, by some old but faithful trickery; blowing some "life" in the carcass once in a while and catching new fools with gold fever. Goes back to the old cotton traders on this side of the pond, and who knows what before that on the other side. (Spice, gold and silver trading I suspect.) Some carefully placed rumors, a little trading activity and a bunch of greed. Rumors to stoke the flame which was sparked by some careful buying, heap on the greed..... then flog what you can when the trading picks up. Repeat the cycle over and over.

Hey, I admit I could be wrong about all this. But it sure has a familiar pattern, don't you think. I hope the press release is made, for your sake, sometime this quarter. Check the old postings, this has gone on for a very, very long time. At least this time last year. Remember, there is no incentive for any of the players in this tale to "kick the plug" and put an end to it all. Not until all the cash is gone and the credits fully abused or the Regulators step in and put an end to the charade.

I detect a tone of sarcasm in the "Love and kisses" from Mr. Meyers.
