yep i had expected a reversal by now, so many disappointments as the v man has expressed. earnings whispers expressed my view at the moment.

VIVUS (VVUS) is expected to report a loss of $0.04, which is the same as our whisper number. However, VVUS
has fallen short of estimates each quarter for more than a year and is commonly believed that VVUS will likely fall
short again.
