The background does not concern me one bit and the NASDAQ delisting is no longer a concern. Yeah, maybe some paper will hit the market with some selling, but the restructuring and the internet possibilities far outweigh the negative question marks. Reading through the posts on the Yahoo boards, as well as making some more calls presents a strong case that this is not hype. Strategic Capital is handling the IR for TPEG and a couple of their key players were instrumental in the CALP to IMON deal. IMON is another internet reverse merger that went very well...something like .56 to 10, and now is hovering over 5. Sounds good to me and it seems like they have done it before. Time will tell, but I'm picking up more. Good luck to you.
