This is interesting:

AT&T is considering selling its Internet-access business, including WorldNet, to AtHome in exchange for $1 billion in AtHome stock, people familiar with the situation said.

Sorry, couldn't respond sooner, but a 3/2 split was announced around January 7th or 8th. The split was to occur after the TCI deal was completed so the split probably will not happen until early second quarter.

If you go back and read this thread around the above dates there should be some posts that are more accurate relative to the split.
