The president's name is Wilfred Shaw.
Lot of action is A.M. 710k shares in first 50 minutes. Up to 0.55 but now we're back down to 0.42 x 0.43.

Hope this level will firm up and perhaps ride back up a bit and we have a PR soon.

Volume after one hour is 988k (almost a mill) and someone just bought 150k at 0.45!!

Boy, the MO is the same and everything!

...he was confident that a press release would be issued as soon as the deal was finalized...but he ended with this statement "an acquisition is imminent"...

Oh yeah, is the the auto deal or the pretzel master franchise..hehehe!

If his stock is in escrow, one should ask who the custodian is, so that they can then call for confirmation.
