Good Morning, Yes the B.C. and Victoria area are under thumb. The US area from a Cel-Phone in that area is more of intrest. Also any Fiber from there back to B.C. would IMO. be a pluss. Re: Ken and Chile who knows just a rumor. I pay little up on my buy's for rumored stocks. Facts in the news starting Feb. 1-4 will be the signal for this early build up IMO. Looks to stay strong.
