T-Rex: King of the Dinosaurs

See him before he disappears for another 100 million years

Opening January 23

They lived long ago. And now they live again. Starting January 23, the
biggest, baddest, boldest of dinosaurs is at the Museum of Discovery and
Science. And they don't just sit around. They move. They roar. They
might even scare you!

Meet Utahraptor, a carnivorous hunter whose speed, agility and deadly
arsenal of teeth and claws made it one of the most feared of dinosaurs.
See Velociraptor, a creature that carried a huge slashing claw on each
foot, and is considered among the dinosaurs most closely related to
birds. And, of course, there's T-Rex, king of them all. But robotic
dinosaurs
are just a part of a fascinating new exhibition that delves into
the rough-and-tumble world of these extraordinary creatures.

Explore theories about dinosaur extinction, then draw your own
conclusions; sift through an excavation site in search of bones; and delve
into the prehistoric world of these fascinating behemoths through
interactive modules, replicated fossil casts, paintings and photographs.

It's all brought to you by WonderWorks and Dinamation International
Society.
