Tracy, If you look carefully at the news, you will see that GTCC is going to use "technology similar to that of USA TALKS". That technology is FTEL's equipment. Put 1 and 1 together, you get another order of Tempest DVG's from GTE Telecomm. This is my suposition and has not been announced. It took 2 months for FTEL to announce yesterday what we all knew, that FTEL equipment was ordered. If GTE has ordered FTEL equipment, this is another national IP network using FTEL. Also, FTEL installed a huge GTE pipe years ago and has always been close with them. This could be huge for FTEL.
