I wasn't impressed with it either.

The PGTZ sales were flat sequentially. And Sanmina saw only a 4.8% rise sequentially, (although Sanmina only gets a minority portion of their sales from bare boards). All in all, the quarter wasn't really as good as most would expect for the board makers.

Reading the tea leaves for this business is tough now. I bought Hadco expecting the rebound in the business to continue. I think we had a one month restocking blip in November, and should see level to slightly higher sales moving forward (unless all the indications of recovery among their customers are wrong). All Hadco needs is a level market, to give them time to digest the Continental acquisition, and rationalize their business to the lower price environment out there.

Short of a declining board market, all the bad news seems to be in the current stock price. This company could easily earn $3-4 on the next upswing.
