"non-exercisable""?? What does this mean? It sounds like they are worthless until "an effective registration" is on file. Sounds pretty ify to me.

1) Where does one get rules governing warrants?
2) Does anyone have that list of ticker symbols abreviations? Does symbol ending in "W" mean warrants? Like "VTCHW" = warrants on VTCH?

Absaeffinglootly re VTCH. We just got their Q, dressed up to look like something from Gateway with all these checkered patterns on it. Anyway you shoulda seen the bs about Brazil's strong balance sheet, IMf loan status and a decline in interest rates from 49.75% to 42%!. Of course Co's cash had withered and in transit inventory had ballooned.
