Tony and All - I think you are correct and that there is a growing realization about the risks involved. I am a big believer in what a big drop, like we had a week or so back, does to the pychological factors of trading....especially the Inets. That type of volatility and ability to lose money, and fast, is not something easily forgotten....it takes time. I think we will see some sloooow leap-frog like increases until we get back to the over-valuation prices again, but it won't be quick like it has been. People will have much quicker triggers this time around and will not be willing to hold endlessly through a intraday correction.

I am slowing my trading for the next couple of weeks, picking good stocks with a story behind them, something to support the issues. NAVR is perfect here in my mind. Still has 3 things to potentially move the stock, and 2 that definitely will:

1) Earnings
2) IPO announcement (as long as it is not too far in the future)
3) Actual IPO week

The upside here is tremendous, especially if we can do it in the face of an Inet rally.

ASCT - Same situation, but I do not have endless patience waiting for takeout rumors to come true. I keep setting my sights and trying to hang in there. The last couple days of action here may be something, or it may just be renewed faith in the rumor. Next week will tell the story.

Trade well.
