Lucius - Thank you for the correction. LUS revenues were 9.204 Billion vs. 8.724 Billion for fourth quarter of 97. That is not very impressive and the market is reacting to it.

Actually, Lucent is just trying to spread sales more evenly. If you take a look at its IPO year, Lucent has made significant improvement in shifting sales and profit from first quarter to second quarter.

In regard to its earning today, it was very impressive
