I'm not sure about Schwab on that 10% thing -- it's just something stuck in the back of my mind, and I've never actually triggered any such limitation. Maybe just for fun I'll try it.

Besides, just about anything legal can be done by calling their live brokers. Indeed, they ONLY allow trading some of the Internet high-flyers via live broker.

Even Schwab, which is usually pretty good speed-wise, has been a bit slow the past week; these billion share days must be pretty tough on their computers (IBM mainframes, I think). Maybe they should buy some Starfires. ;)
