PaeTec Communications to Implement a $12 Million OSS Infrastructure FAIRPORT, N.Y., Jan. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- PaeTec Communications, Inc., a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) has begun implementing a $12 million Operational Support System (OSS) infrastructure to achieve its vision of being the most customer and employee oriented telecommunications company in the country. PaeTec has already purchased or committed to purchase systems from Lucent Technologies, Daleen Technologies, EFTIA OSS Solutions, Harris Communications, Sun Microsystems, EMC Corporation [NYSE:EMC - news], Oracle Corporation [Nasdaq:ORCL - news], and Cisco Systems.
