Stick a needle into their weenie? The Muse applicator is a teeny tiny short plastic tube within which is a teeny tiny pellet of alprostadil. If you are a woman, it equates to the immense pain and anguish which goes along with inserting a tampon, but instead of enduring the trauma involved in shoving the tampon in up to your knuckles, the Muse applicator gently glides in only about 1 inch (I believe, maybe less?). There are no NEEDLES involved and it's NOT invasive. Good heavens!
