Starduster, Time will sort it all out. Meanwhile HDIE goes up, the
one and only important issue to me.

<<It is most frustrating to find we now have a COUPLE of people that are so argumenative on such an idiotic issue.>>

I can't believe that finding the truth frustrates you. So it must be something else. Perhaps questioning the quality of the IBM press release appears to you as bashing HDIE. To me, it is called a healthy little debate, without name calling or resorting to trashing another poster's reputation.

If you have been in sales and marketing all your life, then it should be very easy for you to understand the language in the press releases. Please call IR at HDIE and ask them. I am very anxious to hear your synopsis.

Starduster: Re: "nothing anyone will say will change how they think or the perception they have"

Absolutely not true. What I did was state my opinion, which was derived from logical analysis of publicly available documentation. If you were to read the post where I described the salient points objectively, then you should have at least been able to understand how I came to my conclusion.

I also stated that until I see it in writing from an official source, I was sticking to my story. I have no reason to do otherwise.

I'm willing to admit my analysis was wrong, if somebody can point me to conclusive evidence that it was.

Imagine, though, if somebody had stated emphatically that their version of the situation was indeed fact, even though there was no evidence to support it ... and that somebody was later proven to be wrong. That would be pretty hard to swallow, wouldn't it?

We're all adults here. Most of us discuss the issues maturely, instead of giving way to name calling or childish innuendos. Some of us even have relevant experience with many of the issues being discussed. Discarding these discussions robs you of an opportunity to learn from both sides of the discussion.

I have never said HDIE is a bad investment. In fact, I think it will probably appreciate substantially, long term.

The purpose of this game is to make money. Let's do it.
