David, Does your information give a clue as to what price the merger will conclude at. Does it say why IDX stated that it would be buying IDT for 5,005,000 shares with no specified terms as to the price of IDX stock? Not 5+ mil. shares based on the price on the day of the announcement, or other percentage stipulations that are commonly used? If it smells like fish..... Captain Ahab

Could it be that the members of the Columbia Cocoa Farmers Coop were playing cards with a member of the Peruvian Cocoa Farmers Coop and mentioned how nice is was to be able to sleep at night without the worry that some overbearing, foreign government had figured out that their password was the name of their favorite mule or helicopter and was accessing their local bank account information? Also, it is probably beneficial for wealthy, legitimate businesspeople to peform banking transactions from the safety of their home without being exposed to kidnappers and thieves hanging around the bank.
