MrGreenJeans, True long term, short term, I expect a positive surprise to be more fuel on the firey appetite Europe has for ATI/VOD combo. FWIW and IMHO

What is the price of ATI based on now? Is anything below 97 reflect the amount of skepticism that the deal won't go through? Or is it based on the market value of VOD shares between now and closing? Or is it some kind of valuation of the combination of the two?

I thought the stock would be trading at say, 96 7/8, or just below what each ATI share is getting from VOD. Does anyone have a formula for what ATI should sell for based on VOD prices?
