Rich, I do not understand why CC would settle for a 25% profit by selling now, rather than waiting for a greater gain after the "news" comes out at shareholders the meeting, unless somebody is cashing in to take care of "cash flow emergencies". Ram

I wouldn't assume that CC is converting at this time. They would have no reason. As long as they can convert @ $6.50, they can short with impunity while the price is higher than that. The time to begin converting is after bad news. They would just short another big pile to drive the price down at that time allowing them to then use the floorless feature to leverage the shares the company would have to issue to cover with. They would then cover without "buying" in the market. While it is not impossible for VLNC to keep them from pulling it off, It is still too risky for me at this point.
