DBCC Insider [Sells].

source: biz.yahoo.com Hirschfield, Co-Chairman/CEO apparently believes he is maximizing shareholder value by dumping vs. BUYing or HOLDing?...

>>Hirschfield...Tessler...unbridled arrogance and greed?

...on the other hand given Hirschfield and Tessler's gross negligent repricing of stock options* [as previously cited/documented on this thread] perhaps he/they will simply print more 144 stock to replace said insider SELLS?...

*it is esecurities' [and others] opinion that repricing stock options is tantamount to stock fraud and accordingly is urged and should be vigorously pursued with all legal recourse all the way to the Supreme Court to simply legally establish option repricings as stock fraud and codify said issues of law with the requisite on point mandatory authority/legal precedence to provide shareholders with powerful and immediate legal recourse.

again and accordingly...DBCC should simply put themselves in play [NOW] with Bloomberg, Reuters, Salomon Smith Barney, Travelers/CitiGroup, Sanwa, INTU....
