Thanks for your reply, Bosco. I'm long this baby, but also have some Feb30 calls, so was wondering if/when this offering would cause a downward blip in the share price.

Am impressed by how well PCS has held up through all the recent market volatility. Perhaps the upward movement due to all the big institutional block buys is less susceptible to short-term profit-taking
