DB: Don't know USRF. I see that SE has dipped into 39 range. This is a solid company -- often confused with a nut -- that consistently delivers 30 percent earnings gains. I've traded it off and on; it tanked during the slump last year and wallowed in low 30s for awhile. It is positioning itself for nut acquisition, I believe. I'd watch it carefully -- funds love it. Good buy anywhere in 30s in my view. M2
