To use your words "I ask you again" - why your concern? - why not stop by and actually go in for a tour? - Face to face with Mr. White. - You said you have talked to him on the car phone - you have mentioned that you think he is a nice person. You even said earlier that you wish you had bought early. - Why not stop for a visit at the site since you live close enough to get there often? - There HAS to be more than being disappointed that they didn't have a party for you to attend on New Year's Eve. Surely Hilton Head has other diversions! - Yes you have pointed out "ad nausium" that they did not have a grand opening that "someone" here said they were to have. But please - you are negating your own "credibility" by hammering a moot point. - Go walk your dog on the beach , in the marsh or whereever.
